What should I do if I receive a damaged package?

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

If you receive a defective item, follow these steps:

1.Contact us immediately within 24 hours, and send us your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description of the issue to: info@jeannetteparis.com  

2.We will review your claim and offer an exchange, refund, or another appropriate solution.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly.

Can I change my order?

To modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service at  info@jeannetteparis.com ,  within 6 hours of placing your order.

Please note that no modification or cancellation requests can be approved if your order is already being prepared for shipment, even if the request is made within the 6-hour window.

What happens if I miss or refuse delivery?

If the package cannot be delivered, the carrier will hold it for a few days and ask the customer to arrange a new delivery. If a new delivery is not arranged within two days, the package will be returned to us. The same applies if the customer refuses the package.

In this case, the shipping fees are non-refundable. For countries outside of Colombia, 20% of the order value will be deducted from the refund to cover import costs (customs duties and return fees) — see our return policy for more information.

Refunds / Returns

How do I create my return Request?

Visit our Product Return page, enter your order number and email address, then click START A RETURN at the bottom of the page.

Select the items you wish to return from the displayed order (only the items selected during the return process will be refunded).

You can return items from multiple orders at once, but we ask that you create a separate return request for each order and include each order slip in the single return package so we can process refunds for your various orders.

Let us know the reason for returning the items using the dropdown menu and add any additional notes in the provided box.

Choose how you’d like to resolve the return by selecting a refund, which will be issued to the original payment method.

Your request will be approved within 10 business days.

How to ship the package?

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping label required for customs clearance. It is necessary to include the delivery slip (the sheet received in your initial package) inside the return package so we can identify your order and proceed with the refund.

Returns are at the customer’s expense.

When will I receive my refund?

• Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed within 10 to 15 business days.

• Payment MethodP: The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

•Refund Conditions: The refund will only be granted if the returned item meets our return criteria (original condition, unworn, unwashed, with intact tags).

What do I need to include in my return package?

To receive a refund, all of these rules must be followed:

1.Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unstained.

2.The tag must still be attached to the item with its original packaging.

3.The completed delivery slip (the form received in your initial package).

If you have lost your delivery slip, please contact us at jeannetteparisorder@gmail.com so we can send you a new one. It is mandatory to include it in the return package in order to process the refund.

Can I exchange my item?

No Exchanges: We do not offer product exchanges. Refunds are the only available option for returns. To order a new item, we kindly ask you to proceed with the return and place a new order on our website.

Are shipping costs refundable?

No, the initial shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund.

Are duties and taxes refundable on returned orders?

No, the shipping duties and taxes from the initial shipment will be deducted from the final refund.

Please note that taxes and customs duties are applied directly by the destination country, and the amount depends on the contents of the shipment and varies according to the country’s regulations.

Why aren't returns free?

We reduce our margins to offer you more accessible pricing, which is why we do not include return shipping costs in the price of our products. We do this to be as transparent as possible with you! The refund will be issued once we receive your return package at our warehouse, within approximately 10 to 15 business days.

If you don’t remember your password, click on “Forgot password” when logging into your account, then enter your email address.

How do i care for and wash my garment?

Our pieces are made with very delicate materials.
To best preserve the quality of your products, we recommend taking them to an eco-friendly dry cleaner.
This garment was made with love, so take care of it with love :)

Product availability

Will out-of-stock items be restocked? How can I know if an item is available?

If an item is sold out, you can click on “coming soon,” enter your email, and you’ll receive a notification as soon as it is back in stock.

Please note that our collections are released as DROPS, and we have limited stock available! 

So, if you love the piece, don’t hesitate to purchase it!

Each of our pieces is one-size-fits-all. Jeannette chose a one-size approach for each of her pieces because every woman is different, and a garment should be able to embrace all different shapes for all types of women!
